Cancelation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 Hour Advance Notice is Required - When canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 Hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment, which will be sent to your email on file to pay. The amount must be paid in full prior to your next scheduled session. If you have prepaid for your session via my online scheduling system and you cancel without giving a 24 Hour notice you will loose that prepaid amount amount. If you have prepaid your session online, and give 24 hour notice, you will be given a credit on your account for the same amount that you prepaid. However, I will need to be contacted to manually reschedule your session.

No Shows- Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no show”. They will be not be able to schedule again until paying for the Session they no showed on, loose the credit for their session that was prepaid for or loose their gift certificate amount for the Session they no showed on.

Late Arrival- If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your Therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for paying for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your Therapist and other customers, please, plan accordingly and be on time.

Refunds- Let me also note, I do not do refunds, unless there is a unique situation that warrants one, in which case I will issue a refund but will deduct a $30 service fee for the return. However, I am happy to add a credit to your account for a future Session.
